Come find out! In this jam packed, high intensity seminar, students will learn many core concepts from Krav Maga. These will be explored through techniques used against attacks with baseball bats and similar, knives, guns, and multiple opponents.
For new people with no experience: you will get a concentrated dose of self-defense in a safe setting so you can learn to protect yourself and your family.
For experienced martial artists: you will learn new ideas you can integrate with your current abilities.
For existing students: you will get an excellent review of lessons we've covered in 2025, plus some additional lessons, which will all help you excel in your journey.
Open to adults age 14+. (Under 18 must have parents sign a waiver).
Bring a healthy snack and water or sports drink. Eat a healthy meal about an hour before. We will have 5 minute breaks only!
