Beyond the Basics

This in-depth seminar for women only age 12+ goes beyond our free monthly workshops, offering comprehensive self-defense training for women of all levels.

Expect to Learn:

• Real-world scenarios:  Defense against multiple attackers, weapon threats, and protecting loved ones.
• Proven techniques: Stand-up fighting, ground defense, and practical strategies for escaping various holds.
• Increased confidence: Develop assertiveness, situational awareness, and the ability to defend yourself effectively.

Important Notes:

• Physical Activity: This is a physically demanding class. Participants must be in good physical condition.
• Beginner-Friendly: Suitable for those new to self-defense, as well as experienced martial artists.

• Non-Members: $50
• Members: $30

All participants must sign a waiver.  Parents must sign for minors. Waivers signed when you arrive.
