The Basics

This self defense seminar for women only age 12+ includes basic combat skills for beginners.  Experienced martial artists are also welcome - we will help you implement what you've learned in new ways.

• Increased confidence: Develop assertiveness, situational awareness, and the ability to defend yourself effectively.

• Physical Activity: This is a physically demanding class. Participants must be in good physical condition.
• Beginner-Friendly: Suitable for those new to self-defense, as well as experienced martial artists.
