This  seminar for women only age 12+ offers a well rounded self-defense training for women of all levels.

Expect to Learn:

• Real-world scenarios:  Defense against some of the most common attacks
• Proven techniques: Stand-up fighting, ground defense, and practical strategies for escaping various holds.
• Increased confidence: Develop assertiveness, situational awareness, and the ability to defend yourself effectively.

• Physical Activity: This is a physically demanding class. Participants must be in good physical condition.
• Beginner-Friendly: Suitable for those new to self-defense, as well as experienced martial artists.
